Colter's Story
Thanks to you, every day at Sanford Children’s we’re turning heartbreak into hope for tiny patients and families who are fighting some of life’s toughest battles.
Patients like 5-month-old Colter, who was born with Cystic Fibrosis and a life-threatening abdominal issue. Shortly after his birth, Colter was moved to the Sanford Boekelheide NICU and placed in a Giraffe OmniBed where our pediatric specialists prepared for the first of four lifesaving surgeries this sweet baby boy would need to help stabilize his condition.
Thanks to ongoing care from Sanford Children’s, Colter is growing stronger every day and his mom, Haley, is sharing her gratitude for the countless ways friends like you make a difference.
