Natalie’s Story
For 22-month-old Natalie, what began as unusual bruising eventually led to a diagnosis of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia — an aggressive form of childhood cancer.
She was admitted to Sanford Children’s Hospital the same day, where her care team quickly began treatment. Amid the fear and uncertainty, a nurse practitioner offered her parents a powerful promise: “We will do whatever we can for Natalie.”
